Too Small to Be Big

What are we doing to our children?  Why are there so many obese children in the US?  According to American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, in addition to the obvious--lack of exercise, high fatty foods, low or no fresh veggies and fruits-- it can also be depression, too much TV, stress.

If your children are struggling with their weight, Rikki Lake has a book out that may help you, Too Small to Be Big.

What about watching parents and what they do?  Creating a healthy family is like a game of Follow the Leader.  Our kids will do what we do.

So what can we do to create healthy children?  What are you doing to keep a healthy weight?  Do you exercise?  Do you drink water?  If you've done the Yo Yo dieting, there is a program based on observing Olympic Athletes that you loose the fat and keep the muscle.  Having lean muscle reduces cravings, speeds up the metabolism (naturally), and gives the body energy.

If you want a diet program that creates lifestyle changes to get you to your ideal weight and maintain it, it is a CINCH.

With support from Mama Bear Productions, the Wise Guys, and others on the Cinch program you can loose weight and stop the Yo Yo dieting.
