Not before bed

Why is it bad to eat an hour or less before bedtime? 
  1. Indigestion
  2. Restless sleep
  3. Food does not digest
  4. Gain weight
So if you're thinking "I am hungry", ignore that thought, drink a little water and go get a good night sleep (7 hours).
